Tickets can be bought from ticket offices, which are in the arrival halls in terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5.
When you arrive, follow the signs to the Heathrow Express ticket office (which has the Heathrow Express name clearly visible).
At the ticket office, ensure you tell staff whether you want a single or return journey. Staff will guide you and assist your needs.

Your booked ticket (except Advanced Tickets) remains valid for three months of your journey. If your journey is delayed or postponed, or if you accidentally book an incorrect date, you can still use your ticket by changing your ticket to a different date.
Carnet tickets are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Carnet tickets range from 12 trip offers, such as, Carnet 12 gives you 12 single journeys for price of 9 whilst Carnet 6 gives you 6 journeys for price of 5.
